USD 259 (Wichita) Most Wichita students (over 48,000) are served by this district. It offers a wide variety of teaching approaches and curriculum emphases through regular, magnet and special schools.

USD 261 (Haysville) This district about 10 miles south of Wichita serves approximately 2500 students.

USD 268 (Cheney) Cheney is a small, rural district with less than 800 students about 25 miles west of Wichita.
USD 313 (Buhler) USD 313, located about an hour's drive north west of Wichita, serves Buhler and the surrounding area including parts of Hutchinson.
USD 373 (Newton) This district which services Newton consists of five elementary schools, two middle schools, one high school, a cooperative education center, and a learning center.
